Help please. Things need to improve.
Former Tenant
Pros:
I like that is against fire, meaning
Cons:
The Super is never available.
Also no one available after 4:00pm.
There's no one to clean the building.
There's no maintenance man.
No one available on weekends.
Advice to owner:
Please to get a cleaning company.
The stairs needs to be clean.
The laundry room is filty.
Main door of the building needs to be repaired.
The lobby needs to be painted.
