Roaches are an issue Needs updating

update the building and make pest control a priority

Good management And the Super is Great

Pros:
Management has rules and they fix quickly when you have a problem the apartments have great quality. The super is a great person and if u call him he is very responsive and helps you in any issue u have. Building is clean and No rats and if u have a problem with any type of bugs they call an exterminator for you.
Cons:
The building has 6 floors and has no elevator. No cameras in the building outside or inside.
Advice to owner:
Put cameras in the building so tenants feel safer And other tenants stop stealing other tenants packages.

Abusive Scammers Management and Alcoholic lazy Super with Bare minimum !

Pros:
People, Quiet Area, near a target and some shops, good food around, and near 1 train
Cons:
Super never cleaned well, the floors etc.are disgusting full of holes and the building outside has never been powerwashed. Poor upkeep. Management will up rent from 7-10% and add abetment to lease. If don’t leave a min before the time they will charge you 2 and half times rent. Barely heat or hot water in the pst 7 years. They won’t fix floors that have holes from how old it is. Total SLUMLORDS
Advice to owner:
Take Care of the Building like a decent human and renovate! Stop charging premium prices for the bare minimum and abusing Tenants!
