Super is nice but Langsam Property Management is terrible.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Elevator in the building. Great when it works. Super is nice
Cons:
Building management is useless. We had a damaged boiler for months. Management thought it was a great idea to fix it during the winter months (2020-2021). The process takes 2 months and there has been SEVERAL outages of heat and hot water. STUPIDITY!!!
Advice to owner:
Get it together! So quick to charge for EVERYTHING but little to no upkeep of your property. Slum lords!
