A nice, small building
Former Tenant
Pros:
The neighbors are nice, pet friendly, and the renovated apartments are quite nice and at a great price. Its also near the target which is huge. 2 gyms in walking distance and next to the 1 train! Ive loved it here.
Cons:
Management sometimes can be unresponsive, but much better than most places. The water can fluctuate from hot to cold without control, and the heat in the building has left a LOT to be desired in the winter months. Also, the porter tends to show up unannounced to do maintenance (once or twice a year) and has not been gentle with our belongings when here and that is frustrating.
Advice to owner:
Just be careful about the boiler and the heat in the building

Home for me & fam
Former Tenant
Pros:
People mind their business and can be friendly if needed. We have a cute tree lined street with many dogs & near great public transport. Not many new faces.
Cons:
Sometimes for less than 24 hours, you might lose heat/hot water. The main door is often left open which helps to air out the week/cigarette smells.
Advice to owner:
Make sure we never lose hot water especially in the winter. The front door doesn’t close often because it gets stuck.
