Boiler problems needs work
Former Tenant
Pros:
Super and helper our great they responded and try and fix the problem when needed and exterminator comes every few months and asked if we need anything
Cons:
The boiler is not working properly, sometime we don’t have proper heat and I have to use a space heater and sometime we don’t have hot water with is bad for my kid to take a bath I would have to boil water for them
