Pros:
Close to everything
Cons:
Noise (too many parties in the summer), rats in the basement (by the garbage), no heat, no hot water, no repairs, roof leaks...
Advice to owner:
Address all the issues above (especially the rats, roof issues, and sporadic hot water)

A realistic review

Pros:
Close to stores, restaurants, and public transportation...
Cons:
Noisy neighbors (especially in the summer and a serious rat infestation in the basement. You can't even take your garbage downstairs anymore...
Advice to owner:
Follow up on repairs AND DO SOMETHING ABOUT THOSE RATS!
