Sometimes difficult to reach
Former Tenant
Pros:
Neighbors are kind and respectful, building is close to subway and parks, super tries very hard.
Cons:
Very noisy, apt got flooded by upstairs neighbor 3x, some work done was sloppy. Owner/mgmt is very unresponsive.
Advice to owner:
Be more responsive to tenants.
