Mediocre building don’t move there

Pros:
Space, natural light, that is it.
Cons:
Low heating , cockroach problem, neighbors steal your packages

Better maintain e of the building

Enjoyable living experience

Pros:
Clean and super accessible to the train and stores.
Apartment was very spacious and never had bug problems.
Very decent closet space.
Very good kitchen size.
Cons:
My upstairs neighbors and their 2 toddlers have no respect and could not keep their noise levels down.
