Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s close the trains and a lot of places to order food from. Most ppl mind their own business.
Cons:
There’s rats in the walls and you can hear them late at night. Ppl steal the boxes left in the lobby. There’s sometimes dog piss in the hallway. The building is super old and basically falling apart.
Advice to owner:
Good luck and I hope you figure out a way to make your building better
