My honest 15 year review

Pros:
Accessible area lots of shops walking distance and public transportation close by
Cons:
No maintenance no heat no hot water rats roaches it’s a nightmare I have been here for 15 years and it has never got better only worse I have called 311 and the dept of health multiple times. Toilets and bathtubs overflow at random, waterfall style leaks daily in the main entrance and constant reports of smell of gas. Also the neighborhood has got really bad.
Advice to owner:
Completely gut out and tear the Bulding down and start over these 4 Buldings 266-272 are completely run down and are horrible unsanitary un health living conditions
