Every single thing
Former Tenant
Pros:
Rent’s cheap, but nothing else
Cons:
Barely heat distribution in the entire apartment especially during the winter, 6 years of the neighbor of 4-N of chain smoking, same ignorant neighbor recently committing a fire hazard violation by having a beach chair on the 4th floor and 5th floor mid landing. Damaged windows that need props to hold up, a lazy super to handle issues, constant plumbing problems Involving leaks or damaged pipes, that result of my floors or walls being destroyed and fixed about a week later, which results in Rat and Mouse issues, and roach issues. Even after constantly cleaning my Apartment. The boiler is practically down all the time.
Advice to owner:
Sell the property to a more Conscience owner or start being accountable for these follies.
