Ghetto dirty and dangerous
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to train
Cons:
It's dirty Mice & Roaches are plentiful Leasing office are rude short and unhelpful. They refuse to fix things or have a discussion. I had to put issues in writing and hold them accountable to nys landlord laws. The stress they caused is immensely tied to my current ptsd
Advice to owner:
Sell the land & start over
