Things devolved over time
Former Tenant
Pros:
Front yard well-maintained and nice landscaping. The super was helpful and responsive.
Cons:
Roaches and mice in the building. Landlord patched and painted over a recurring leak without ever resolving the source so it returned and caused mold problem.

Convenient yet frustrating
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to the 1 and A trains, extremely responsive building management company, super sweeps/mops the whole building maybe once a month, awesome food in the neighborhood.
Cons:
There’s been a few shootings across the street recently (makes me feel unsafe going out at night), for the lower floors it gets cold early in the morning during winters, all the windows in the apartment are drafty, nice hardwood floors but they are completely uneven all across the apartment, roaches rule the apartments
Advice to owner:
Fix apartments properly before renting
