Pros:
its smack down in the middle of everything. you can take the A train and 1 train in walking distant. FDR and Harry Hudson also very near buy. and the Bronx in also walking distant. Plus surround by great food.
Cons:
its smack down in the middle. Heat in the winter is horrible. The windows need to be replaced. and because of the restaurants there is always a rodent issues.
Advice to owner:
help with rodents and heat in the winter!!
