Lived There.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Tall ceilings and many large windows.
Cons:
Loud Noise Level. Loud and Rude neighbors. Will gas light you! No boundaries, disrespectful.
Advice to owner:
No advice. Last when I moved out they remodel the place to look like 5 stars. Never did that in all out 36 years of living there. The last 2 years of my father's life they finally installed the cabinets he's been requesting for all the 36 years we were living there. Forget about them! You deserve better.
