Pros

Close to train, close to Inwood Park, lots of food options,

Cons

Loud music throughout the entire neighborhood all hours of the night, neighbors playing melody music for long hours, roaches in the unit, super would avoid/ignore requests for maintenance often, worst of all, in my 1 year living there, 3 people died just on our block due to car accidents, there’s a big racing culture in the area, not safe.

Advice to the owners

Better maintenance response, better pest control
