Better than most buildings in the neighborhood.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean, spacious, relatively quiet. Good super
Cons:
The heat was way too loud, but last winter it was solved. Hopefully that won’t happen again
Advice to owner:
I’m pretty happy with it

Run down building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great neighborhood and detail in apartment. Good size for a good price
Cons:
Poorly maintained building. Front door buzzer has not worked for years. Heat is hit or miss. Paint in common hallways is chipping so bad and looks terrible.
Advice to owner:
A little attention to detail could really raise the property value and make someone actually want to live in the building.

Quiet, clean, spacious, separate kitchen, dark at night, amazing super, nice finishes, great restaurants, parks, and grocery stores nearby
Cons:
No laundry in the building, slight rent increase during COVID-19

Rent should have been adjusted or waived for at least one month during this global pandemic.
