Pros:
- super close to the subway - people are generally nice - nice sunlight - landlord is nice - mail/packages never got stolen - near fort tryon.
Cons:
Disgusting hallways, before pandemic, one of the peoples dog would just poop and pee in the hallway - not really responsive super - a lot of roaches - thin walls and neighbors that love blasting music
