Not worth the money or hassle
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to trains when the trains are working.
Cons:
Above a speaker store the neighbors play extremely loud music at all hours of the day and night.
Advice to owner:
Clean and fix the building without cutting costs. Get rid of the speaker store. Serious noise problem. Serious violations throughout the building. Tenants are treated poorly. Your staff doesn’t care so they continue to treat tenants poorly. Come and view the building in person. Stop allowing people to tell you what’s wrong. Be present and accountable.
