Adequate. Building management is responsive most of the time.
Former Tenant
Pros:
The unit is spacious. There were no mice on the 4th floor.
Cons:
It took management a month to replace a 100 year old pipe in the bathroom. They did that within the first month of move in.
With certain things, management is responsive, but will completely ignore the things it deems more minor.

A view of the Cloisters
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location near 1 and A train, near Bx12 bus to the Bronx, easy bus ride to Target. Near parks. Beautiful view of The Cloisters. Clean building, updated apartments, great pest control practices, very responsive super. Granite tops and dishwasher in kitchen. Large 1 bedroom apartment with separate kitchen.
Cons:
Stolen mail all of the time. Low water pressure on the 5th floor, bad insulation (too cold in winter and too hot in the summer).
Advice to owner:
Install a package locker to deal with stolen mail problem.

Not the worst building.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Pretty quiet. Not the dirtiest.
Cons:
Super will not fix anything properly if you live in a rent controlled unit. Building has potential but isnt cleaned enough. Packages are stolen on a daily basis. You need a police report to do anything and no one follows through. No elevator.
Advice to owner:
Whats the point of having a camera if you arent going to do anything about stolen packages? Up keep the cleanliness of the building. Rent is too expensive for it to be so dirty. Everyone deserve to live in a clean space.

One of the worst
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to public transportation
Cons:
Almost everything you can think of
Advice to owner:
Stop being cheap and invest in the building and the people you rent out your property
