Horrible place to live!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Cameras and fire extinguishers on every floor.
Cons:
There’s been a huge pile of garbage from several apartment renovations in their backyard. Rats and all kind of insects you can see from it, its been like this for over 3 years.
The building door or intercom doesn’t work your packages get stolen constantly.
This building has been fighting with bed bugs for yearssss and they seem like they don’t care.
When you need something fixed at your apartment, you inform the super but the landlord takes forever to approve. You constantly have to keep calling to get things done, beware can take a few weeks.
There are guys that hang out in front of the building, selling and smoking week listening to very loud music. This is everyday of the entire year! Once it gets cold you see them hanging inside the lobby. Unacceptable. Landlord doesn’t do anything about it.
Appliances are outdated.
Advice to owner:
Listen to your tenants, try to have the building cleaner and take care of the bugs!

Horrible Management
Former Tenant
Pros:
There is nothing good about the new management company.
Cons:
They do not fix anything in this building no matter what the issue is no matter how many times you call. There has been an ongoing issue for yearssssss with bedbugs and roaches they don’t seem to take care of. As of late the hot water is on and off every 15 to 20 minutes it’s ridiculous!! They have also a whole bunch of garbage in the back of the building which has minimum 3 years there.
