Dog shelters are better
Former Tenant
Pros:
The block is quiet for the most part and there isn’t too much noise from my neighbors. There are cameras throughout the building. There are plenty food places to eat and the subway is a block away across the street is a 24 supermarket and 24 hr laundromat
Cons:
The floors are dirty and the upkeep of the building is terrible. No one cleans the building or mops the floors. There are mice and roaches the ceilings are full of cracks and holes in the walls The building floors are terrible
Advice to owner:
spend money on renovating the apartments and fix leaks and hire contractors to do what needs to be done. listen to your tenants
