Horrible Management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location, porters were responsive when needed/during their work hours, spacious apartments
Cons:
Had multiple complaints about a tenant who was harassing me and other tenants. Management was very slow to respond even though there was proof of harassment (police reports, videos, etc.). Lived there 8 years as a loyal tenant while this person was squatting in their parents apartment. Ended up breaking my lease while that person got arrested 6 months later for beating their child. The management company was so rude and unresponsive even though I had police trying to help me.
Advice to owner:
If you have a loyal tenant who has a history of being responsible, help them as oppose to pushing them out just for the sake of getting more money. Also, fix your leaky roof.
