Cute apartment, terrible landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great neighborhood, spacious 1BR apartment.
Cons:
Bed bugs/mice/roaches that landlord refused to pay for and treat. When I paid out of my own pocket they didn’t want to tell the neighbors (that’s illegal with bedbugs btw), I put signs on my door to alert neighbors. 2 days later I got an eviction notice, then they tried to sue me a year later for breaking my lease.
Plumbing was awful, I didn’t have a working toilet for a week.
Handy man let himself in on my fire escape and was constantly showing up at my door all hours of the day.
