Don’t move here.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Inwood hill park is 2 blocks away, you’re between 2 A line stops. Plenty of restaurants (mostly Spanish)
Cons:
The heat doesn’t work, the super (Dominican) doesn’t like black people, refused to do repairs to their apts. Units that should be taken off of market -HSTPA - are offered to Dominican immigrants, whom litter and piss in the hallway. Unfortunately there are loud Bachata parties every weekend, yet the black neighbors are the ones blamed for the noise. This building used to be really nice and quiet. Neighbors used to speak in the vestibule. Now people are rude, place their rotten garbage in the hallway instead of taking it down. Then wonder why roaches and mice are specifically on their floor
Advice to owner:
Change management companies or get rid of the super

The rent is cheap for a reason
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location, Neighbors, Low Rent
Cons:
No gas for 3 years, mold in units, super refuses to do repairs especially if your black or female. Creating 89-95 Instagram for text messages from the super and photos of conditions of property
Advice to owner:
Stop refusing to maintain this 89-95 building like you do the mostly white occupied 103 Seaman Ave building. Your super is going to have you in a huge discrimination lawsuit, After the present lawsuit for no Gas/Repairs.
