Roaches are everywhere
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good price and spacious units
Cons:
Roaches everywhere. Illegal daycare being run down the hall, and bands practice. People walk around the halls drunk at night.
Advice to owner:
Clean the building and pest control.

No one cleans this building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Bedrooms are true bedrooms (spacious and all have closets) Laundry in basement (although in-unit washers would be better)
Cons:
The super stopped cleaning the building years ago, does the bare minimum with snow removal. The walls and ceilings/floors are too thin - I can hear my neighbor sneezing and on the floor above I hear every footstep and their loud music
Advice to owner:
HIRE A NEW SUPER

Poorly maintained building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice apartment space, near the park
Cons:
Poorly maintained building and landlord appears to have no incentive to improve anything. Peeling paint in the lobby for years and apartment buzzer system at entrance to building is a mess (no names, not even a piece of paper to write one (needs to be replaced). These would both seem to be an easy fix and improve building security. Basement where the laundry is located is very poorly maintained. Floors of building, that apartments face, look like they have not been "really" cleaned in years.
