The worse building I ever lived in my life.
Former Tenant
Pros:
None, horrible experience
Cons:
Mice, reaches, but tub bringing water and food from another apartment (disgusting), noise heater, the super Eugênio is an asshole, the administration do not care about nothing they just want the check. The neighborhood is really noisy. Terrible experience.
