Love living here
Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s a nice, safe and quiet neighborhood. The building is pretty and there’s a nice roof top.
Cons:
The pest issues get out of control in the summer. I have to bomb my kitchen twice a year.
Advice to owner:
Better pest control
