Elevator building, top floor, nice area
Cons:
Super is not responsive, he doesn't clean the entire building.

I really enjoyed my stay here no complaints. My neighbors are really nice
Cons:
They had a big bad gas leak two or three years ago
Advice to owner:
Getting your gas leak fixed is a lot better before somebody calls Con Ed
