Could be a beautiful building, but it is dilapidated and old
Former Tenant
Pros:
Historic detail. Could be an attractive prewar building with some attention
Cons:
Filthy, falling apart, impossible to get repair completed or other issues addressed. Rodent problem
Advice to owner:
Put some serious work into this building. It is falling apart.

Ok building, not very communicative landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
Not a lot of noise heard from other apartments Nice neighbors Not crazy expensive Lion head shapes in the lobby Nice super
Cons:
Don’t really address problems unless you really bother the management company (super is only empowered to do so much) Insane amount of package theft
