Don't Do it
Former Tenant
Pros:
The neighbors have formed a tenant association. The neighbors are friendly and amazing.
Cons:
Management is just trying to do quick fixes instead of lasting repairs for the betterment of the building and the tenants.
Advice to owner:
Care about who lives there, when you care we care to take care of the space.

Not the greatest, not the worst
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice neighborhood Clean building Spacious apartments
Bugs bugs bugs, rats rats rats, the water takes about 10 minutes to heat up. Some neighbors are disgusting and leave trash downstairs because they’re too lazy to go down to the basement. The rats in the basement are also on a takeover. Drug dealers are also around the caller and talk about how much they hate women, very hilarious.
Advice to owner:
Actually respond to what your tenants are saying and not posting useless fliers and emails like you’re trying to get things done 😐
