Pros:
Location to transportation, parks, stores, and restaurants.
Cons:
Without cooking gas for 15 months. Rodents. Unreliable intercom system. Terrible neighbors... noise 24/7. Music. Arguments.

Quiet. Peaceful very close to public transportation
Cons:
Small. Very thin walls. NOSY, GOSSIPING NEIGHBORS.
Advice to owner:
If you’re going to have apartment windows facing each other across the courtyard. INSTALL SHUTTERS OF SOME SORT!
