Your average NYC rental

Pros:
Affordable for the area, 1 block from public transportation, across the street from a big park, old school style apartments with sunken living rooms, has laundry in building.
Cons:
Tenants can be loud and rude, building has pests, pest control is mediocre at best, management will get back to you quickly about payments but not about building issues or apartment fixes, trash management is mediocre, some apartments have mold issues, super is never available during business hours, does not show up at agreed time or cancels last minute.
Advice to owner:
You need a better exterminator and a more reliable super
