A lovely place to live in

Pros:
Rooms are super warm and cozy during the winter. No drafts.
All the conveniences you could need within a block (including laundry)
Good appliances
Spacious living room.
Pretty.
Easy-to-clean bathroom.
Good water pressure and hot water.
High ceilings.
Responsive super.
Easy to buzz people in the building.
Friendly neighbors.
Thick walls.
Big windows.
Simple trash management (just bring to basement any time).
Wide staircase.
Cons:
All rooms do not heat up equally as the room with the thermostat is one of the bedrooms. Not a huge deal at all though.
No elevator.
Advice to owner:
Keep doing what you're doing.

It’s just ok here

Pros:
Friendly neighborhood feel, good food options in walking distance, best park in Manhattan nearby, pretty responsive management company
Cons:
Common spaces not kept up very well, super hard to find sometimes (doesn’t show up at agreed upon times, hardly ever see him around the building), no amenities at all in the building, noise levels really high in street facing apartments
Advice to owner:
Clean the common spaces more often, keep up repairs, ask the super to be more responsive
