An unapologetically under maintained building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location , location, location
Cons:
Major issue, broken drain pipes caused major flooding in all G line apartments. The super was difficult to get a ahold of and did not act on the issue after seeing the damage. Property management agency emergency line was unresponsive.
Advice to owner:
Have someone to answer the phone for emergencies. It’s extremely unfair that we’re paying our rent for you to not even provide the services you say are offered.

Irresponsible landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
Helpful superintendent in building
Cons:
Bad management, they meant to replace the broken microwave. It’s been over a month and I am still waiting for it
Advice to owner:
Learn how to treat your tenants fairly and with respect
