Please Change Management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Management is sexist, disrespectful and unresponsive. I lived here for a year and I was DYING for my lease to end. There are no cameras in the building, you get roaches EVERY.SINGLE.DAY and when you complain to management or the super, they tell you "not to complain" and to "not make problems".
I also never received my deposit even after helping them find a new tenant.
Cons:
- Water bugs year round. - All packages get stolen, even in your mailbox - no cameras in the building -Management changes the entrance locks without notice -Management turns off the water with out notice
Advice to owner:
Find another career if you cant accommodate your tenants asking for basic needs.

Unresponsive Landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
Spacious apartment, lots of light
Cons:
Had to mail rent in every month, landlord and super were difficult to get in touch with. Would not deal with pests and left us without a working fridge for 2 weeks.
