Pretty affordable for the area
Cons:
Ongoing problem with roaches, shared washer/dryers often broken, problems with heat every winter
Advice to owner:
The bug problem needs fixing first. Some cosmetic updates would be nice.

Quiet Building, But Awful Pest Problem

Quiet, nice neighbors
Cons:
Heat has always been a problem. Out of control roach problem. Got really bad during the height of Covid and landlord hasn’t consistently brought in pest control.
