Alright for renters
Former Tenant
Pros:
Affordable rent, large apartments, up-to-date appliances, management company was usually timely in resolving apartment-specific problems
Cons:
Really loud neighborhood & neighbors (upstairs neighbors making loud noises all night), construction done on an apartment in the building and drywall dust and debris left in the stairwell for 6+ months, issues with water leaks in the walls, people will make noise in the stairwell and it’ll sound like they’re in your apartment
