Nice but be aware

Pros:
Love most of the neighbors. Many are long time residents. Building is usually clean.
Cons:
Basement is always full of bugs, especially the laundry area.
Advice to owner:
Stop making modern apartments out of pre war beauties!!

Management and super are slow

Pros:
Great building, good shape overall. Just needs some TLC in a few areas.
Cons:
Fixes, water and heat. Always slow to fix anything. No roof access. Basement is rat ridden
Advice to owner:
Invest in a message board system for residents
