Bad management plumbing and pest control
Former Tenant
Pros:
Spacious sunny apartment. Quiet facing away from Dyckman. Live-in super.
Cons:
LOUD facing Dyckman. Pre-infested apartment. Bad plumbing. Super wasn’t very handy
Advice to owner:
Put more money into more maintenance and extermination issues

I worked for this????
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building and apartments themselves are beautiful. Neighborhood is nice and everything you could need is close.
Cons:
Our literal ceiling caved in. Real shit. The roach problem is REAL yall. It is NYC so some roaches are expected but the INFESTATION girl. Our windows didn’t close therefore letting all the elements inside. Package stealing, terrible management, the list goes on.
