Former Tenant
Pros:
Beautiful views of inwood park and some (*some*) great neighbors
Cons:
Incessant package thievery, basement full of small and large roaches, mice, and flies, mice in apartments, old pipes that break and flood, heat is inconsistent at best
Advice to owner:
Fix the above issues!!!!
