Noise from the park, occasional cockroaches in the lobby/package room (usually when it rains)

Pros:
600 W 218/ 33 Indian rd is a historic building that is a pleasant place to live and raise a family. It’s spacious, right next to Inwood Hill Park and has a wonderful restaurant in the building! It’s a dream! It’s private, clean and all the tenants are polite and wonderful.
Cons:
My cat has played with a couple of mice… but I feel even with the park that’s to be expected. Also the park can get very noisy in the summer, but the my AC mostly drowns it out.
Advice to owner:
Please find a space/room that packages can be placed and the tenants can access and monitor to prevent thievery. Even if the post service place in front of our apartments, issues can still occur. Also some packages are still left downstairs..
