Pros:
Most units are lived in my owner, front desk staff is kind and helpful, not crowded, no pest problems.
Cons:
Expensive extra storage (tiny cage) if you need it, property manager Eric is an idiot - unresponsive and ridiculous over mass emails, especially during COVID, you cant control height/AC all year / the building turns it on and off, no amenities except a garden, not many units ok a floor but you can hear everything
Advice to owner:
Decrease storage costs, spruce up the garden and add free wifi to it.
