Great Place and resident, but noise level depends

Super is responsive to any problems or questions. Rest of staff is friendly and helpful There is an outdoor space that is lovely, and storage is available in this building
Cons
There are only 2 elevators for the whole building, but has access to stairs Depending on what floor and facing, you can hear the highway. You can hear everything if you’re facing it.

Most units are lived in my owner, front desk staff is kind and helpful, not crowded, no pest problems.
Cons
Expensive extra storage (tiny cage) if you need it, property manager Eric is an idiot - unresponsive and ridiculous over mass emails, especially during COVID, you cant control height/AC all year / the building turns it on and off, no amenities except a garden, not many units ok a floor but you can hear everything
Advice to the owners
Decrease storage costs, spruce up the garden and add free wifi to it.
