Hell is slightly better
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is good
Cons:
Garbage always be overflowing in the tiniest hallway. It’s unsanitary, with the garbage stinking up the entire building. Packages always get stolen - people keep breaking into the building and landlord doesn’t care. This building is infested with all sorts of pests - rats, mice, roaches. Having lived in 5 NYC apartments prior, this is by far the nastiest place with the most apathetic landlord who only cares about getting your money. The living conditions here is 3rd world standards. The best thing about the apartment was moving out!!
