Amazing building in a great location.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Quiet, thick walls so I never hear my neighbors, well managed. Kind neighbors.
Cons:
Small one: noise from nearby school (or daycare?) during the day if you face the inner courtyard, but I got used to it quick and it didn't bother me.

Standard doorman building in excellent location
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location really can't be beat. Steps away from the 123 trains and the heart of the West Village. Doormen and staff were all friendly.
Cons:
Condo building, so steep fees and board package required for renters. Rent was raised astronomically high after 1 year so I had to move out. No building amenities.

Pros:
Great location and a fine building

Old crusty building with great location
Former Tenant
Pros:
Incredible location, new elevators, spacious layouts
Cons:
Absolutely disgusting hallways that smell like fish sticks and rotting bodies. Smells come into your apartment from hall and through radiator shaft. Doormen and crabby.
Advice to owner:
Renovate the hallways!
