Beware of Management
Former Tenant
Pros:
The doormen are fantastic and I never had a problem with pests.
Cons:
The on-site rental company representative, Brette, is a nightmare. She messed up our lease several times and even accused us of failing to pay rent after she failed to deliver us a new lease in a timely manner. If you rent in this building, go directly through a condo owner to avoid any issues.

Great experience in a well-located full service building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Dedicated management team, clean, well-located, great amenities, in well-maintained beautiful building. Great neighbors who are all relatively quiet. Good mix of families and young adults.
Cons:
Pricing is relatively high given area comp. Apartments are priced well above the vacant apartments in surrounding buildings.
Advice to owner:
Price closer to area comps and provide discounts to tenants for inaccessible amenities due to renovations.
