Great no frills experience

Pros

Super convenient location, responsive management, have not encountered a single bug in four years of living there, great views

Cons

Relatively thin apartment walls, also have had to do water / pipe work that has been a bit disruptive

Decent but overpriced for what it is

Pros

A great location. A nice lobby and rooftop. Mostly very nice and friendly staff, with some exceptions...

Cons

1) Management is not friendly and not very responsive either, takes days and sometimes several reminders for them to respond. 2) Pest control is lacking - I saw huge roaches a few times downstairs, but what's worse is that they came into our apartment through the plumbing system a couple of times (11th floor).
