Quiet and peaceful but beware of the co-op board and building mgmt

Pros:
Great doormen staff, well kept building, perfect location and tucked away from the business.
Cons:
Super is rude and not responsive. Maintenance can be slow to respond. The co-op board and building management are horrendous - rude, overcharge with no forewarning or explanation, and exploit you of your money
