Great building staff, Terrible management company
Former Tenant
Pros:
The staff is so nice and helpful, clean lobby and great water pressure
Cons:
The building is right across from a loud loading dock and it never stops. Issues in the building were never resolved quickly. Management (Midboro) is beyond awful and difficult to work with.
Advice to owner:
The independent landlord of this apartment was miserable to work with- when things broke in the prewar apartment that had not been updated, it was a battle to get her to replace the most basic necessities (stove, faucet, etc.) She tried to blame us when pre-war appliances broke and threatened to withhold our security deposit when we took excellent care of the apartment. Do not rent from this landlord.
