Great apt but loud depending on where your apt is

Pros:
Door staff, apartments have relatively modern applicances
Cons:
It is very loud. You can easily hear traffic

Good management and staff, can get noisy

Very well maintained, staff is friendly and helpful, management is very responsive
Cons:
Can get noisy, at least if facing 2nd Avenue/Queensboro bridge

Great apt just very noisy

Pros:
Really like the people who work in the building and the location is great
Cons:
Too close to the bridge and 2nd Avenue so noisy level is bad though out the day , even into night.
Advice to owner:
